I completed the Shred Day 4. But it's very late, 11:09, and we just got home from fireworks and I'm too tired to type much. More tomorrow...
Day 4 was completed without any major revelations or moments. It was the easiest day so far. I'm getting used the the pace and the intensity. HOWEVER, I just learned that at day 10 I'm supposed to move up to Level 2 on the DVD!!! I'll try it but I may stay in level 1 a little longer if needed.
Doing the Shred that late after the fireworks equals commitment! Good job! What about today...done it yet?
